Assumptions:
I. The govt may be able to supply adequate power to all such units.
II. People living in the rural areas may welcome the govt decision.

c) if either I or II is implicit.

d) if neither I nor II is implicit.

Answer: (e)

When a promise is made by someone, they assume that they would be able to fulfil it.

Hence I is implicit. Since the business ventures are planned to be set up in rural areas, II must be implicit.

I is implicit because only then does the direction to walk make sense. II is not implicit as the statement makes no distinction between the members of the office and the visitors.
